What You'll Do

As a Client Service Coordinator, you'll be the first and last impression our clients have of our hospital.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion

• Scheduling appointments, surgeries, and procedures while helping clients find solutions that meet their pets' needs

• Answering phones, responding to emails, and managing client communications efficiently and professionally

• Assisting clients with questions about services, medications, preventive care, and follow-up appointments

• Preparing and maintaining accurate medical records

• Processing payments and handling financial transactions accurately

• Working closely with veterinarians and technicians to keep appointments and daily operations running smoothly

• Helping create a calm, organized, and positive experience for every client and patient

• Veterinary or medical reception experience is a plus, but exceptional customer service experience is equally valued
