Clinical Specialist, TEG (San Jose, CA) (Field role)

Haemonetics seeks a Clinical Specialist for its TEG product line to serve as a clinical advisor in the San Jose area. The role combines field-based territory management, clinical education, and sales support across hospital accounts, requiring daily travel and occasional overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing TEG customer accounts and expand customer base through clinical education
- Train new and existing customers on TEG product and clinical aspects across lab, critical care, and OR settings
- Develop relationships with clinicians and key decision makers; provide case support and didactic education
- Support new customer implementations and resolve technical, operational, and clinical concerns
- Drive product adoption, software upgrades, and assay utilization to achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or medical-related field
- 3+ years of industry or clinical experience, preferably in complex medical devices
- Knowledge of hemostasis management
- Strong technical and clinical aptitude to train customers on TEG analyzers and software
- Ability to travel daily within territory and 15-20% overnight travel
Compensation: $85,000–$160,000 base annual; sales incentive (commission) eligible
