Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, San Jose, CA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for San Jose, CA to drive demand generation in rheumatology, building relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers. The role combines strategic planning, customer engagement, and data-driven execution to expand patient access to VYVGART and the company's immunology pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging customer and market insights
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
- Submit accurate account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity on time
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Demonstrated rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of high sales performance and business objective execution
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Strong clinical, product, and market access acumen
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Residence within assigned San Jose/Oakland/Berkeley territory
Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
