We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $16.00 per hour Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility by performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing both interior and exterior areas. The ideal candidate is dependable, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and other facility spaces. Vacuum and mop floors. Clean and dust surfaces, glass partitions, and doors. Remove trash and recycling. Clean up spills, broken glass, and other messes promptly. Perform cleaning-related maintenance activities, including maintaining cleaning equipment and machinery. Refill supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: One year of proven cleaning experience preferred. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
