We are a family based in Lutz, Florida. We are looking for someone to come on the weekends to sit with my 77-year-old father who is early onset of dementia. He is living in our mother in law suite. It has a separate bedroom, kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. We also have two cats that live in the mother-in-law suite as well as two dogs in the main house. Applicant must be a non smoker. They will prepare his meals, take him for walks. There is no bathing or toileting required. This is simply companionship care. Sit and watch TV all day. You can read a book, work on a laptop, whatever, as long as when he needs something you are there. We offer $25 per hour for this position, and we hope to find someone who can become a part of our family while providing exceptional care.
