Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, focusing on their unique needs and challenges.

• Provide virtual therapy through secure telehealth platforms, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to foster healing and growth.

• Engage in clinical documentation, ensuring that client records are accurately maintained in accordance with organizational and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure comprehensive care for clients, including liaising with hospice staff when necessary.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings and training sessions designed to enhance clinical skills and foster professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal LCSW will work primarily with adult clients facing life-limiting diagnoses and those in hospice care. This role requires sensitivity and experience in managing complex emotions surrounding end-of-life issues, grief, and bereavement. Experience with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community and minority groups, is essential to provide appropriate support and understanding of clients’ varied backgrounds and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.

• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly in mental health or social work settings.

• Proven experience conducting psychotherapy with adults, with a keen understanding of clinical best practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy methodologies.

• Possession of current professional malpractice insurance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
