In this pivotal role, you will lead high‑visibility cost optimisation projects across our factories in the Americas (primarily the USA and Mexico). You will be the catalyst for change, driving strong margin improvements by revolutionising our approach to the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for all indirect costs, including MRO, Logistics, Packaging, and Energy. Remote with 60% travel. Visa sponsorship will not be offered for this position. In this role you will work in close collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues within Procurement, Freight Management, Logistics departments, and suppliers, driving projects and change‑management initiatives that reduce indirect cost in our factories. What You’ll Be Doing Project Lead of cross‑functional projects to identify and implement indirect cost optimisation potentials Secure buy‑in from stakeholders, analyse data, define scope, and assemble the project team Support preparation of business cases and creation of tactical implementation plans (TIP) Drive performance management to ensure timely execution, report to management, and provide corrective actions if needed Promote a culture of sustainable change and a productivity‑driven mindset within the organisation Partner with manufacturing and supply‑chain leaders to elevate a culture of high performance and continuous improvement across the value chain Share best practices and pre‑enrol Danfoss standards as part of a global team What We’re Looking For Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and/or continuous improvement in a performance‑driven organisation or consulting Experience in a large or medium‑sized manufacturing organisation Track record of hands‑on change‑management projects resulting in lower cost Strong inspirational leadership, result‑oriented team player, and ability to build winning teams Improvement‑driven mindset with lean experience Analytical mindset, structured approach, and decision‑making based on facts Strong project and change‑management skills Efficient communicator and consensus builder with an open and curious mindset Cultural intelligence and enjoyment of cross‑cultural work Fluent in English – speaking and writing What You’ll Get from Us Bonus system Paid vacation Retirement plan Flexible working hours Personal insurance Opportunity to join Employee Resource Groups State‑of‑the‑art virtual work environment Employee Referral Program Ready to Make a Difference?
