About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
