Manager on Duty

Responsibilities Our Manager on Duty oversees our food service team to ensure every meal is perfect and every customer leaves happy. You set your team up for success by efficiently assigning tasks, creating effective schedules, and training employees on best practices. You also maintain quality control on the back end, ensuring the equipment works, portion sizes are correct, and food quality is on point. You check cash receipts and sales reports. If a customer has any problems, you address the issue and make things right. Qualifications Strong English communication skills Basic math skills Ability to perform the necessary physical duties Great people skills and ability to solve problems Relevant experience or training would be preferred but isn’t required for the right candidate.
