Position Overview: This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care and leadership within a collaborative healthcare team. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, and coordinate patient care for individuals across all age groups and backgrounds, ensuring both physical and psychosocial support for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clinical competency and accurately identify patient needs for infants through geriatrics.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions by adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Perform thorough assessments and apply critical thinking to interpret clinical data.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans daily and as needed.
• Administer medications following pharmacy and manufacturer guidelines.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring timely execution of physician orders.
• Prioritize patient care efficiently, demonstrating maturity and flexibility under stress.
• Manage equipment and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized department.
• Accurately charge for supplies and treatments.
• Work scheduled shifts with flexibility to cover extra hours and adapt to assignment changes.

Education and Certifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Registered Nursing degree.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the relevant state.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or to be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications to be completed within one year (NRP not required for Surgical RN-Advanced roles).
• For Emergency Room specialization, completion of TNCC is required.
