Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities Create and maintain safe, efficient, and high-performing jobsites with a strong focus on quality, client satisfaction, and repeat business Proactively manage and oversee field construction operations across multiple projects Drive increased profitability through effective field planning, resource utilization, and operational efficiency Lead, mentor, and support superintendents, foremen, and field personnel through coaching and hands-on leadership Provide strategic oversight of field management practices, subcontractor coordination, project accounting alignment, and estimating initiatives Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and field teams, ensuring company culture, standards, and expectations are consistently communicated and upheld Assist the Field Director with special projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives as assigned Participate in the development, implementation, and enforcement of field best practices by leading from the front Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of construction-related experience, including at least 10 years in a senior field superintendent or field leadership role managing large and/or multiple projects Proven ability to adapt construction processes to maintain schedules and maximize project profitability Strong leadership, management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop others Deep understanding of field operations, subcontractor management, and construction best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
