FSCW is a locally family‑owned business operating since 1986, and we are looking for experienced Site Managers to lead our car wash operations. As a Site Manager, you will manage all day‑to‑day operations of the car wash, set short‑term and long‑term goals for your staff, ensure excellent customer service, oversee staff performance and training, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Compensation Salary plus bonus: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year, paid bi‑weekly. Additional benefits include 2 weeks PTO per year, monthly bonus, 401(k) with company match, and free car washes & detailing services for you and your family. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations of the car wash Set short‑term and long‑term goals for staff Ensure customer satisfaction and high service standards Oversee staff performance, training, and safety protocols Qualifications Minimum 3 years of management experience in a customer service related industry dealing with the general public High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Pass a drug test Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Basic mechanical skills Excellent communication, leadership, and professional skills Ability to work 50 hours per week, including at least 15 hours on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Capacity to work outdoors year‑round while on your feet Additional Information This position is currently accepting applications.
