Tower Foreman

Location: Somerset, Wisconsin, United States VerCom Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Foreman to join our growing team in Somerset, Wisconsin. As a Tower Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of tower technicians in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication towers. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of tower technicians in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication towers Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and industry standards Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed for each job Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects Train and mentor new tower technicians Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure all team members are following proper safety protocols Perform tower inspections and maintenance as needed Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during construction or maintenance projects Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used Communicate project updates and progress to project managers and clients Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tower foreman or in a similar role Extensive knowledge of tower construction and maintenance techniques Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
