Vice President of Retail, North America

We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Retail to lead the North American retail organisation during an exciting period of continued growth and investment. Reporting to senior executive leadership, this role will define and execute the retail strategy across the region, ensuring commercial excellence while fostering a high-performance culture that reflects the values of the brand. Key Responsibilities Lead all retail operations across North America, driving sustainable sales growth and profitability. Develop and execute the regional retail strategy in alignment with global business objectives. Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of regional and store leaders. Champion an exceptional luxury client experience across every touchpoint. Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Client Development, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Visual Merchandising. Analyse business performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to maximise results. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development throughout the retail organisation. Ensure operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of brand presentation and execution. About You Extensive senior retail leadership experience within luxury fashion, luxury retail, or premium lifestyle brands. Proven success leading large, multi-site retail operations across North America. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sustainable business growth. Exceptional leadership skills with experience developing high-performing retail teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into operational execution. Passion for luxury client experience and creating people-first cultures. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
