This role is critical for the smooth operation of our HR department, ensuring that our HR practices are efficient, effective, and aligned with Heli America's business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to new hire orientation. Ensure the attraction of high-quality candidates and streamline the hiring process. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries. Address employee issues and grievances, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Provide support in performance reviews and employee development plans. Training and Development: Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR topics. Ensure that employees are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge. HR Compliance: Stay abreast of the latest employment laws and regulations. Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant and up-to-date. HR Administration: Organize P&C related projects. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records. Manage HR-related documentation and reports. Leave and Accommodation Management: Manage employee leave and workplace accommodation cases from intake through resolution. Exercise sound judgment in assessing employee hardship, essential job responsibilities, operational impact, and reasonable accommodation options, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Other tasks, projects as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in an HR Generalist role or similar. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
