Your New Role

This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong field and project management experience in concrete, masonry, and heavy civil scopes. You'll oversee daytoday project operations, coordinate with union trades, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the company's high standards of quality. You'll work closely with ownership and senior leadership, contributing to a growing organization that values accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 8-12+ years of construction experience with a general contractor or specialty contractor
• Strong background in concrete, masonry, foundations, or heavy civil work
• Experience managing union labor and subcontractors
• Ability to read drawings, manage schedules, track costs, and maintain project documentation
• Proven success delivering projects in NYC or similar highdensity urban environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to interface with owners, primes, inspectors, and agency stakeholders
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
