Warehouse Shift Lead - Weekend Shift | $18.00/HR
Rutherfordton, NC | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Take the next step in your warehouse career! We're looking for a dependable, take-charge individual to lead our weekend packing team and help keep operations running smoothly.

About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring a Weekend Shift Lead for a warehouse client in Rutherfordton, NC. This role oversees the weekend packing team, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met throughout the shift.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support Packing Associates throughout the shift
Monitor productivity and ensure quality/packing standards are met
Train new team members on packing procedures and safety guidelines
Communicate with warehouse management regarding shift performance and issues
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area
Assist with packing duties as needed to support the team

What We're Looking For:

Previous warehouse or packing experience required
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must pass a satisfactory criminal background check as a condition of employment; candidates are evaluated individually and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
