Outside Sales

Cetus Solution LLC is seeking a motivated Outside Sales professional to grow customer relationships and drive revenue in the Lincolnwood, IL market from a remote setting.

Position Summary

The Outside Sales role is responsible for generating new business and expanding existing accounts through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and consultative sales. You will represent Cetus Solution LLC by understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and guiding opportunities from initial contact through close.

This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment, communicates with confidence, and consistently turns conversations into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach, networking, and community-based activities
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solution options
• Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity tracking, proposal discussions, negotiation, and closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in outside or field-based sales, or a comparable sales role with clear performance targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while driving consistent results
• Comfort presenting solutions and handling objections in a confident, professional manner
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed (consistent with remote work responsibilities)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling solutions to business customers and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
• Track record of exceeding sales goals and improving pipeline quality over time
• Familiarity with sales forecasting, territory planning, and performance reporting
• Prior experience in consultative selling with a focus on customer needs and long-term value
• Demonstrated ability to learn products and industry information quickly to support customer conversations
