We’re looking for a friendly, high-energy Receptionist to be the face of a busy, customer-focused dealership environment. In this

role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests—setting the tone for a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while creating a standout experience for every guest:

• Greet customers with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude
• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls , routing them accurately
• Direct guests to the appropriate departments (sales, service, waiting areas)
• Coordinate with team members to ensure quick and efficient customer support
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Assist with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and supply ordering
• Support overall dealership operations through team collaboration

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Outlook
• Administrative or clerical support experience

Schedule & Environment

• Part-time (25–30 hours/week)
• Evening and weekend schedule required
• Fast-paced, customer-focused showroom environment
• Hands-on training provided to set you up for success

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OR.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
