Private Credit & Fund Finance Associate (Lead/Lender)

You will work on Private Credit and Fund Finance transactions within the Leveraged Finance subgroup, supporting lead arrangers and lenders across marquee deals in New York and Los Angeles. You will advise on direct loans, NAV loans, and corporate borrowings, coordinating with borrowers, issuers and corporate teams to structure, negotiate and close financing arrangements. #J-18808-Ljbffr DLA Piper
