Achieve individual and team targets using clear daily, weekly, and monthly pipelines. Provide timely and professional responses to high-visibility customer inquiries. Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements in all customer interactions. Document interactions and update CRM to maintain a complete customer history. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs. Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about new features and changes. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics and feedback. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams with accurate context. Participate in ongoing training to develop professional skills and career progression. Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve overall service quality. Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through setup processes. Experience/Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication with empathy and clarity. Ability to meet and exceed individual and team targets via pipelines. Experience handling multi-channel inquiries (phone, email, chat). Strong CRM documentation and accurate customer history updates. Adherence to policies, compliance, and data privacy requirements. Knowledgeable about product features and recent changes. Capability to identify upsell/ccross-sell opportunities ethically. Strong problem-solving to elevate complex issues with context. Participation in continuing training and career development. Collaborative mindset with teammates sharing best practices.
