Responsibilities will include replay operations at assigned conferences, on‑site and remote phone support for the replay solution product line, performing replay product testing, identifying software and hardware development needs, and participating in various replay meetings, clinics, and industry events. This position will report directly to a Regional Account Manager and indirectly to the National Director of Account Management. What We Look For Seeking Candidates with Technical Hardware and Support Experience in the following areas: Integrated Computer software and hardware solutions, coaching or team setting a plus Servers, capture/playback video equipment, and analogue or digital audio equipment Experience shooting and editing video; multiple video formats (720p, 1080p, or 4K) and higher frame rate video formats (60 fps or higher) Video transport over HD-SDI or fiber Networking protocols, managed switches, and fiber transport & SFPs Bachelor's degree Eagerness to travel - this position requires travel to visit customers, go to games, play the replay tech role at post‑season tournaments and events, and support deployed systems.
