Remote Customer Support Agent

Providing exceptional customer service support, the full-time REMOTE Live Agent will assist customers with inquiries related to financial accounts and services while maintaining accurate records and following compliance guidelines. Key responsibilities Deliver customer service support via phone and written communication Assist customers with inquiries regarding financial accounts and services Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure compliance with legal guidelines Required qualifications Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Availability to work from 9AM EST to 8PM EST in 8-hour shifts Legal knowledge and call center experience for high-volume support is a plus Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
