Accountabilities Design intuitive and scalable solutions for digital asset management. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to conduct user research. Lead complex design projects and initiatives within the product line. Simplify compliance data collection and management processes. Anticipate gaps in customer understanding to drive impactful solutions. Promote a collaborative environment to translate strategies into actionable designs. Requirements 5+ years of experience in enterprise product design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements. Ability to simplify complex challenges and articulate design decisions. Excellent communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
