Job Summary As an Executive Director in our Diversified Industries group, you will be a senior leader responsible for driving business strategy, client relationships, and transaction execution across a broad range of investment banking products. You will oversee the full cycle of deal origination and execution, lead teams in delivering high-impact solutions, and play a critical role in developing and mentoring talent. You will join a global team, collaborating with colleagues across regions, and will be provided opportunities to lead complex transactions and strategic initiatives. Job Responsibilities Originate, lead, and execute complex M&A, capital markets, and financing transactions for corporate and institutional clients. Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining long‑term relationships and providing strategic advice on business opportunities and challenges. Oversee and guide the preparation of marketing pitches, financial analyses, internal committee memoranda, and client presentations, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables. Lead and review detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analyses, as well as combination and other financial analyses in the context of M&A transactions or pitch situations. Manage and mentor teams of Associates and Analysts, providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to develop talent and ensure effective execution. Drive business development efforts, identifying new client opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients. Collaborate with senior bankers, product specialists, and other internal/external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions. Participate in recruiting, training, and talent development initiatives for the group. Ensure rigorous risk management and compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Extensive prior work experience in an investment banking front office role, with a proven track record of deal origination and execution. Strong academic background from a top‑tier educational institution. Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and team management skills. Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring. Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders across the business. Strategic mindset, execution‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently. High level of motivation, self‑direction, and adaptability.
