Eligible for monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales per the commission agreement terms and conditions. Job Summary As a Sales Lead, you will drive personal sales, hit performance goals, provide an exceptional customer experience, and coach team members. You will grow selling skills, master product knowledge, and become a top‑seller in our retail stores. Responsibilities Drive sales & KPI results aligned with company values. Make strategic sales decisions that support performance metrics. Set clear personal goals, own results, monitor progress, and track performance. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Exhibit selling behavior that aligns with the company strategy. Continuously grow selling skills, performance, and product knowledge. Foster a positive work environment. Maintain visual and operational standards, following all retail policies. Provide excellent customer service with a solution‑oriented mindset. Learn and communicate product knowledge to match customer needs. Demonstrate company values through behavior. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment. Comfortable learning & adapting to new technology. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Customer service orientation. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Desire to improve selling behavior and solve problems. Basic understanding of business management functions. Positive attitude and enthusiasm. Proven effective communication competencies. Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges. Physical Requirements Physical activities may include ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps; standing for prolonged periods; bending or reaching repeatedly; moving objects up to 50 pounds or lifting up to 200 pounds via team lift or equipment; operating power tools.
