What You'll Do

• Monitor critically ill patients, including trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, and cardiac cases
• Provide direct patient care with interventions and assessments every hour or more frequently
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate and execute care plans
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Support patient and family education and comfort

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 2 years of experience in ICU or CCU settings
• Strong assessment skills and ability to manage multiple critically ill patients
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
