WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform HVAC maintenance on residential systems
Clean, inspect, and tune-up equipment the RIGHT way
Catch issues early and recommend solutions (no pressure selling)
Educate homeowners so they trust you-not just the company
Keep your truck clean, stocked, and ready

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1-3+ years HVAC experience (or strong mechanical background)
Willing to learn and improve every day
Good with customers (you don't need to be a salesperson)
Clean driving record + reliable
