Continuous Improvement Intern – Richmond, CA Hourly Range: $20-$30 About The Role The Continuous Improvement Intern will support operations and process improvement initiatives by helping organize, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and related documentation within the Acadia system. This role will work closely with operators, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure procedures accurately reflect current operating practices. The intern will also gain hands‑on exposure to manufacturing operations and develop a broader understanding of key production processes.
