As a full‑time Teller within PNC's Branch Banking organization, you will be based at the Dysart Indian School Branch, 13024 W Indian School Rd., Litchfield, AZ 85340. Job ID: R225883 Job Description Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and building loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals to branch staff. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
