Description Specialization Emergency Medicine Job Summary Centerpoint Medical Center is launching a new ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency program in the Kansas City Metro. Qualified Candidates Significant protected administrative time with shared institutional accountability for early accreditation milestones Strong partnership with executive leadership and support from an established GME office Clear alignment between clinical leadership and educational priorities Leadership scope and compensation aligned with senior academic and institutional responsibility Founding Emergency Medicine Program Director - 40% Full founding authority over program design, curriculum philosophy, trainee experience, and program culture, including meaningful decision‑making input into early core faculty selection.
