Schedule: Full-time medical/surgical nursing position with potential for floating between regional campuses based on census needs Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive bedside care for diverse medical and surgical patient populations including pre- and post-operative care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Utilize specialized equipment monitoring and life-saving interventions in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
• Engage in patient and family education regarding post-treatment home care, medication administration, and illness/injury management
• Participate in discharge planning and maintain accurate, timely documentation of all care activities
• Opportunity to work with a wide range of patient ages and conditions in a dynamic hospital environment

Requirements:

• Active Wyoming RN license or multi-state compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Ability to care for pediatric and adolescent patients as needed
• Strong time management skills and ability to respond effectively in life-saving situations
• Flexibility to float between regional campuses depending on facility census
