Pay: $20-$23/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role involves material handling, inventory management, order preparation, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Manufacturing experience is preferred.

✅ Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and shipments

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment

• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts

• Inspect products for accuracy and quality

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

• Support production and warehouse teams as needed

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethel, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
