The Float Business Office Manager provides coverage and support at Integritus Healthcare facilities in Bourne, Yarmouth, and New Bedford. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting billing and collection activities, and helping ensure that daily business office functions run smoothly and in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.

This is a permanent float position that may cover leaves of absence, vacancies, transitions, and other operational needs. The position may eventually transition into a permanent assignment at one of our facilities as opportunities and business needs develop.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide business office coverage at assigned Integritus Healthcare facilities in Bourne, Yarmouth, and New Bedford.

• Maintain business office functions in accordance with company policies and applicable federal and state requirements.

• Prepare accounts receivable reports, monitor collections, and communicate delinquent accounts to facility leadership.

• Receive and post payments, issue receipts, balance daily transactions, and submit required financial documentation.

• Prepare resident statements and support billing follow-up in accordance with established procedures.

• Process vouchers, review invoices, support accounts payable functions, and maintain related records.

• Maintain accurate files, ledgers, cash records, and other business office documentation.

• Manage facility petty cash and assist with required reconciliations.

• Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the facility administrator and department leaders.

• Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and Home Office departments regarding business office matters.

• Attend required meetings and complete other duties needed to support facility business office operations.

• Travel between facilities and adjust assignments based on leaves, vacancies, and other operational needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, accounting, or a related field preferred.

• Previous business office, accounts receivable, billing, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred.

• Long-term care or healthcare business office experience strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with healthcare billing, payer processes, and financial recordkeeping preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain accurate and confidential records.

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and financial or billing systems.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel regularly between Bourne, Yarmouth, and New Bedford.

• Flexibility to change facility assignments based on business needs.
