It is designed to help people enter the Diesel Maintenance field without facing high tuition costs or debt. We pay you to attend training and provide all necessary tools. 4 weeks paid classroom training; all travel expenses paid. Free technical education. Hands‑on training with a Lead Technician and a full‑time job offer with us as a Mobile Diesel Mechanic. State‑of‑the‑art mobile mechanic vehicle for customers’ on‑site repairs. Defined pay progression and raise pathway. Compensation and Pathway Pay structure: First 4 weeks: $13.72/h (or state minimum wage, whichever is greater) + $250/week stipend (taxed). Weeks 5-10: $19/h. Second class 4-week program in Indy: $19/h + $250/week stipend. Upon graduation: $21/h. Qualifications and Requirements Desire to start a career as a Diesel Technician and become a Mobile Mechanic. Willingness and ability to study hard. Dedication to a 4‑week away-from-home training schedule. Maturity level to focus on the task; this is a professional training, not a summer camp. Technical aptitude and passion for fixing vehicles. Ability to operate iPad. Must be 21 years old to drive a fleet truck. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
