The position is based near Hayward, CA, with a part-time commitment of 16 hours per week, serving students and staff across multiple high school sites.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or credential as a School Psychologist in California
• Prior experience working in a high school setting, preferably district-wide
• Skilled in conducting student assessments and interpreting psychological evaluations
• Strong collaborative skills for working with educators, families, and related service professionals
• Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and special education procedures
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students of varied backgrounds

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, observations, and consultations for students referred for academic or behavioral concerns
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs and student support plans
• Collaborate with counselors, teachers, and administrators to address a range of social-emotional and academic challenges
• Provide individual and small group counseling or interventions as needed
• Support crisis intervention and provide recommendations for appropriate school-based resources
• Maintain timely, thorough records and uphold confidentiality standards
