Salesforce Production Support Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite

Position: Long-Term Contract

Employment: Hourly W-2 preferred - $45.00 W-2

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Production Support Analyst to provide daily production support, administration, troubleshooting, configuration, and small enhancements within a large enterprise Salesforce environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide day-to-day Salesforce production support and troubleshoot user and system issues.
Manage Salesforce configuration, security, users, roles, permissions, Flows, reports, and dashboards.
Troubleshoot integrations, data issues, and Salesforce applications.
Make small enhancements to Apex, Batch classes, Lightning Flows, and other Salesforce functionality.
Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow and work closely with business and technical teams.
Support deployments, data loads, documentation, and ongoing system improvements.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration/Development or Production Support experience.
Strong Salesforce configuration and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Apex, Lightning Flows, integrations, and data management.
Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM.
Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud experience preferred.
OmniStudio/OmniScripts experience is a plus.

IMPORTANT: Candidates must currently live in the Chicago, IL area and be able to work onsite 3 days per week. xhyhwjd No relocation candidates.
