In 2026, Haigh-Farr plans to further grow our team and capabilities to meet increasing demand and to expand into new markets and antenna technologies.Haigh-Farr is seeking a Production Technician with production/manufacturing experience performing a variety of process steps used in the fabrication of our antenna products. Haigh-Farr will provide on-the-job training to ensure performance of all job functions is done in a manner that results in 100% quality of our products. To be successful, the candidate will need a strong commitment to achieving quality work on scheduled timelines. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of expertise and professionalism when working closely with others within the department and company to understand requirements and meet customer expectations.ResponsibilitiesEyeleting, drilling, lasing, print/etch, soldering to J-STD-001, and light assemblyComplete the production and manufacturing of antenna products through the use of hand tools, fabrication techniques and on-the-job training to result in 100% quality of the product.Knowledge & SkillsStrong hand/eye coordination and manual dexterityPositive attitude and team playerStrong commitment to achieving quality workBonding, lamination and plating experience desiredFamiliar with common hand tools and fabrication equipmentMilitary, Aerospace and Gov't industry experience a plusLikes to work at a variety of different work stations as production needs requireMeticulous record keeping with good computer skillsQualificationsMinimum High School Diploma or Equivalency5-10 years proven work related experienceU.S. citizenship required with ability to possess a security clearanceHaigh-Farr is a fast paced, growing company that recognizes employees with a promote-from-within philosophy.
