Product Manager - Ideation & Customer Experience

DescriptionKforce is seeking a Product Manager on behalf of a top-tier telecommunications provider in Charlotte, NC.Summary:This role sits within a team focused on long-term customer experience enhancements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and natural storyteller who loves turning data and customer feedback into bold new product ideas. This is a true ideation and strategy role-you'll be working upstream in the product lifecycle to surface, define, and pitch experience-driven initiatives. While you won't be involved in feature delivery, you will be a key voice in shaping what's next.Key Responsibilities:* Ideate and develop strategic proposals for customer experience and product enhancements* Work across Mobile, Billing, Apps, and Buyflow areas to identify improvement opportunities* Draft high-quality documentation, business cases, and presentation decks* Present ideas to senior leadership (VP and Director level), advocating for user-centered improvements* Collaborate with product designers, data analysts, and other cross-functional teams to refine proposalsRequirements* 3-5 years of experience in product management, strategy, or customer experience roles* Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital UX, and experience-driven product development* Skilled in proposal writing, storytelling, and executive communication* Highly self-directed with a passion for user-centric innovation* Experience with telecom, mobile apps, billing systems, or digital platforms is a plusJob TypeContractCompensation53 - $57
