Contract Recruiter - Onsite

Wage: $28.00 to 30.00 per hour
Schedule: 8AM to 5PM (Some flexibility)

What You’ll Do:

• Source, post, and manage recruitment efforts for multiple facilities across Minnesota, California, Texas, and Arizona
• Coordinate all aspects of recruitment including screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Support new hire orientation and manage new hire packets to ensure a seamless onboarding process
• Collaborate with the onsite team to meet staffing needs promptly and efficiently
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, supporting the overall recruiting and onboarding functions

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Onsite presence and ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other HR/recruitment tools

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in staffing or healthcare recruiting preferred
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and new hire administration
• Familiarity with multi-state recruiting across California, Texas, and Arizona

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, onsite environment
• Prior experience supporting multiple locations and managing candidate pipelines across states

Other Requirements:

• Onsite presence in Minnesota; relocation assistance not available
• Ability to work full-time hours with some flexibility
• No specific certifications required but a strong understanding of onboarding and HR policies is advantageous
