Penn Pest, LLC is growing and hiring a full-time pest control technician to service our residential and commercial customers.

Job qualifications:

$750 Sign on Bonus

Honest

Responsible

Friendly, Respectful and Personable

Good Work Ethic

Good Driving Record

Can pass a criminal background check

Able to work independent after training is complete

. Day to Day Job Duties of a technician:

1) Provide excellent customer service to both existing and new customers
2) Inspect premises to identify infestation source

3) Study preliminary reports and diagrams of infested area and determine treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation.

5) Work independently and/or assist other workers in treatment and extermination processes to eliminate and control rodents or insects by appropriately and responsibly applying pesticides where needed in both residential applications and commercial applications and/or placing bait stations on the interior or exterior of structures.
6) Drive company truck/van to the customers property and maintain a safe and clean vehicle.

7) Record work activities performed.
8) Accept Payments from the customer and enter then into the data base system via handheld device.

Must Be Certified In Category 11 Pest Control

Company Cell Phone for business use only – all transactions are done on the phone

Company Vehicle to use for services

Company Uniforms (shirts, jackets, hats, pants)

Monday - Friday work schedule (absolutely no weekends)

PTO - Paid time off (after 90 days).
