Cosmetics Beauty Advisor - Fragrances - Stanford

Summary Provide personalized fragrance consultations and drive sales of fragrance products on the retail floor. Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge while maintaining brand presentation in a high-traffic mall environment. Support daily merchandising, inventory tasks, and point-of-sale activities to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities Offer one-on-one fragrance consultations and tailored product recommendations to customers. Meet individual sales goals and promote current promotions and loyalty programs. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure fragrance displays are stocked and attractive. Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the point of sale. Assist with receiving, organizing inventory, and keeping the sales floor clean and presentable. Requirements 3+ years of retail or beauty sales experience, preferably with fragrances or cosmetics. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to selling. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and stand for extended periods.
