Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, friendly and motivated Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate is customer focused, detail oriented and comfortable multitasking in a fast paced, relaxing environment.

General Accountabilities

Warmly greet customers and ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

Book and manage appointments, including schedules with staff.

Perform pre-shift duties to prepare the spa for daily operations.

Ensure all spa essentials and necessities (towels, rooms, etc.) are fully stocked and maintained throughout the day.

Support the team and maintain smooth operations during busy periods.

Handle basic computer tasks, including scheduling software, email, and record keeping.

Resolve computer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Uphold cleanliness, organization and spa standards at all times.

Job Qualifications

Previous spa, salon, retail or hospitality experience preferred.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Basic computer proficiency.

Ability to multitask, stay organized and maintain a calm presence.

Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule.
