Midlevel Life Sciences Patent Prosecution Associate

Overview Role is a Midlevel Patent Prosecution Associate with a focus on biotechnology. Requires 1-5 years of patent prosecution experience. An advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a life sciences technology area is mandatory. Active USPTO Patent Bar membership is required; if not yet obtained, must be passed within the first 12 months of employment. Base salary range for Mid-Level Associates in Washington State is $310,000 - $390,000, with final compensation determined by experience and other factors. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
