Extrusion Operator

We are seeking dependable and motivated Extrusion Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a stable company that offers competitive pay, consistent hours, and plenty of overtime for those looking to maximize their earnings.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour + Gas Reimbursement!
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift Available
Overtime: Plenty of Overtime Available!

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment to produce quality products.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper machine operation throughout the production process.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspections to verify product specifications.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain production efficiency and product quality.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous extrusion, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow production schedules.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
