Customer Retention Specialist - $750 Sign-On Bonus
$20–$21/hour base + $400–$1,000+/month commission (effective ~$23-$28/hour) + Full Benefits + Paid Training + $750 Sign-On Bonus Moxie Pest Control | Full-Time | Day Shift | In-Person (Priest & Broadway)Help Customers Stay. Protect Relationships. Drive Growth.
This isn't a typical customer service job. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you're the person Moxie customers reach when they have a problem, are weighing whether to cancel, or need someone who can actually do something about it. You own the save, turning tough conversations into win-win outcomes that keep customers loyal and earn you real commission. It's one of the most important roles at Moxie.

No pest control experience needed. Experience in retention, escalations, sales, collections, or account management is a strong plus.

Base pay is $20–$21/hour depending on experience. Commission earnings vary by individual performance and overall demand, our team has averaged $400–$1,000+/month per rep across recent quarters, with top performers earning $1,500–$1,700/month. Most full-time Customer Retention Specialists earn $50,000–$58,000 their first year, with strong performers earning more.
