Performance 'Gate' System: Earn up to +$0.50/hr through performance metrics plus a potential starting retention bonus of $150. Additional Wage Perks: Earn $19-$21+/hr for weekend shifts or emergency fill-ins. Four Pillars of Care Pillar 1: Compassionate Daily Support – Assist clients with essential activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide specialized support for those living with Alzheimer's or Dementia. Pillar 2: Mobility & Safety – Utilize proper body mechanics and aids to assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring a safe environment for both client and caregiver. Pillar 3: Reliable Home & Companionship – Foster social and emotional well-being through meaningful engagement while maintaining a clean, supportive home environment. Pillar 4: Professional Oversight – Maintain high standards of care through diligent observation, reporting changes in condition, and accurate documentation of daily notes.
