Job Title : Front Desk Receptionist
Location : Silver Spring, MD (onsite)
Type: Contract-To-Hire
Pay : $18-19/hour
Hours : Monday – Friday8am-4pm
- Greet Clients and Visitors
- Answer and Direct Incoming Calls
- Assist with scheudaling appointments
- Gathering materials for meetings, and preparing meeting space,
- Maintain Records and Office Space (Scanning Documents, Printing Documents, Faxing, Filing, Ordering Supplies)
- Assist with data entry and creating reports
- Data Entry into portal
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Assist team members with administrative tasks
- Any additional duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 Years of work experience in a customer service or administrative capacity.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Phone Systems
- Extremely professional in Written and Verbal Communication
- Flexible with additional job duties
- Bilingual in English and Spanish - written and oral
