Senior QA Engineer

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in Irving, TX.Duties Include:* Own quality assurance activities across digital platforms and applications, including test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation* Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing* Validate system functionality, workflows, data processing, and user experiences across multiple channels and platforms* Verify data accuracy, business rules, configurations, and integrations to ensure reliable system performance* Support testing of new features, enhancements, and system updates while identifying and documenting defects and risks* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met* Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support activities as needed* Maintain testing documentation, test coverage artifacts, and quality metricsRequirements* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience* 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related field* Experience supporting testing efforts across complex applications, systems, and integrations* Experience testing web applications, APIs, system integrations, and data-driven solutions* Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks* Strong SQL and data validation skills* Experience with regression, functional, integration, and performance testing methodologies* Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory considerations within software development environments* Familiarity with Agile development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycles* Understanding of monitoring, troubleshooting, and quality assurance best practices* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect management skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teamsJob TypeContractCompensation55 - $57
