Stock AssociatePurpose of Job: Travel to assigned locations based on store needs to assist with tagging incoming merchandise, stocking merchandise, and organizing merchandise three times per year. Up to, but not limited to, 30 hours/week for approximately 6 months.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.Receive, sort, and organize the store front by stocking shelves, arranging merchandise in an appealing manner and building product displays to enhance the customer experience.Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store. Immediately corrects or reports any unsafe conditions or practices to General Manager.Demonstrates proficient functionality and usage of applicable Eagle applications and other store technology platforms.Ensure an adequate understanding of all products in the store and or demonstrate an ability to learn.Collaborates with other employees to work toward individual, team and company goals.Other duties assigned by the General or Assistant Store Manager as needed.Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalentReliable transportation to travel to any store location as neededFlexibility to travel to any store as neededMicrosoft Office- ExcelExcellent written and verbal skillsHigh attention to detail and organizationAbility to work with minimal supervisionDemonstrate professional appearance and demeanorPhysical Demand & Work Environment:Climb stairs and ladders using proper safety measuresLifting up to 80 lbsStanding for lengthy periods of time (up to 10 hours or more)Bending, stooping, twisting, reachingUse of hands by utilizing POS or other store technology
